- 鱼籽 200克
- 嫩豆腐 1块
- 蒜瓣 1个
- 生姜 1块
- 青尖椒 1个
- 红尖椒 1个
- 豆瓣酱 1勺
- 油 适量
- 料酒 适量
- 开水 适量
- 盐 少许
- 生抽 2勺
- 蚝油 1勺
- 糖 少许
- 胡椒粉 1勺
- 鸡精 1勺
- 葱花 适量
做法步骤

1、嫩豆腐切成小块备用!

2、蒜瓣切成小块,生姜切成丝,青红尖椒切成圈儿备用!

3、鱼籽清洗干净,沥干水分备用!

4、锅中放入适量的水,放入料酒,生姜片,放入鱼籽,开火!用中火给它焯烫4分钟左右!

5、捞出沥干水分备用!
